About the ArtisanKirsten Connor and Darren McCullough
Kirsten started out her career in body care as a soap maker. For years she made cold-process olive oil based soaps. Frustrated by the lack of shampoo and conditioner available that worked with her hair type, she launched Flourish with Darren in 2010.
Their business has evolved over time from a small retail store with kitchen based production to a highly regarded family owned company that emphasizes quality rather than quantity, still making product by hand in small batches with the finest natural ingredients available.
